What can Separate you from the Love of God?

The evidence of this love is the peace and the joy you feel on the inside, the prayer prompting you feel is not far off too. You are closer to God than you think my dear friend.

POV: This particular post is not like every other one, I pray the Holy Spirit opens your heart to get it. I’ll be dropping things from here and there about how to overcome the devil generally through hard times and how to boost your faith in these times.

The devil will come to throw arrows of faithlessness, anxiety, dreams, people, and circumstances but I tell you to stand strong.

God says, that even when you walk through the fire, He will be with you. Throw the Word of God at the Devil. “I am more than a conqueror, The Lord is with me, I’m not a slave to fear, No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper, I am the first and not the last, Even though I walk through the fire, God is with me”. This is why the Word of God is important. It is your sword.

“Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God”. (Ephesians 6:6)

In those tough times hold strongly to the word of God. “He trembles at my word and honors God’s commands”. (Isaiah 66:2, AMP)

Obey those prompts to pray at midnight. Don’t let the enemy win. For the battle is the Lord’s but He needs your faith (your belief). I remember the man in (Mark 9:14-23) who brought his son for Jesus to heal.

 Jesus asked the boy’s father, “How long has he been like this?”

“From childhood,” he answered. “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.”

Jesus immediately looked in amazement and asked him “‘If you can?” (Vs 23). I can imagine the look on my Saviour’s face, did you just say If I can?

The first dimension to this is:

• The Man did not acknowledge Jesus’ power to heal the boy.

• The second dimension is the low level of faith the man had in Christ. This is probably because of His son’s seemingly hopeless situation.

Jesus continued by saying,“‘If you can?” “Everything is possible for one who believes.” (Mark 9:23)

Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24)

If you find yourself in a situation like this, cry out to Jesus this very minute to help your unbelief regarding that situation you think He can’t solve due to the level of your faith.

Do you see, your faith is very much required? Jesus is always there to help you; you are just the one hindering Him. I pray that you shun that devil telling you things that are not in alignment with the word in Jesus’ Name!

Brethren, this is the very time you need to pray the more, you must have probably heard this severally that it sounds like a cliché, but it works. That’s the antidote: God’s Word and Prayer.

Praying in tongues is our greatest asset. Listen to this message on The Benefits of speaking in tongues by Pastor Obi Ogbo. It will bless you so much. It opened my eyes to how much power is generated when you speak in tongues.

I came across a post on Instagram and in her cation, the lady said, in every situation she finds herself in, she takes a dose of speaking in tongues. When she is in fear, she takes a dose of speaking in tongues, when she seems confused about something, she takes another dose of speaking in languages, and then ideas begin to come to her on how to solve that problem. It may sound funny but it’s true and that’s what I do as well, it’s so powerful so use it. When you’re walking on the road, doing your laundry, or driving just keep speaking in tongues. You’re generating so much power. Do well to listen to that message above.

I believe we’ll end here for now.

Your guesses are right, when you saw the title, you thought this post was going to be on love and Christ’s death or something like that. But no, this is about you thinking God is far away from you because of the situation you’re facing which is not true. Nothing can separate you from his love, not even the situation you’re in currently. You must silence the devil and stand strong in your faith with the assurance that He can never leave nor forsake you. “The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged”. (Deuteronomy 31:8)

I always say this at the end of every publication, the only way to access all these promises is by inviting Jesus into your life.

If you have the slightest desire to meet Jesus Christ and make Him Lord over your life, say this prayer aloud;

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for sending your Son, Jesus to atone for my sins, by shedding His blood through death on the cross. Today, I receive and confess Jesus as my personal, Lord and Saviour. I receive forgiveness and the gift of righteousness by my faith in Him. Thank You Father as I can now declare that I am born again in the name of Jesus. Amen!
