Keep the distraction source out of sight and reach
Allocate specific times for checking emails or social media
Set alarms to remind you to stay focused
Tip 2: Plan Your Day Effectively
Create a schedule with realistic time allocations for each task. Don't overschedule! Leave space for unexpected tasks or interruptions. If you don't complete a task within the allocated time:
Move on to the next task
Let your mind ruminate on the unfinished task
Return to it later with fresh eyes
Tip 3: Stay Disciplined
Stick to your schedule and avoid procrastination. Remember, discipline is key to achieving your goals.
Tip 4: Take Short Breaks
Take short breaks to recharge and avoid burnout. This will help you stay focused and productive.
Tip 5: Avoid Multitasking
Multitasking can lead to distraction and decreased productivity. Focus on one task at a time to ensure you complete it efficiently.

It's important to remember that it is indeed true that we have to stay disciplined and focused, but that the concept of discipline itself is incredibly complex.
There are many systems that can foster discipline. These need to be explored. Also, you can remove hundreds of distractions from your workplace, but if your mind is cluttered, you will under-achieve.
Laser-sharp, rewarding focus is possible, but it takes a lot of hard work.
